Too Damn Loud Festival 27th April

Too Damn Loud Festival is a non-profit and charity festival in remembrance of Chris Wright who many knew as ‘Big Chris’.  Chris passed away in March 2023, and I decided I wanted to continue his legacy by setting up this festival to continue what he started alongside his bandmate, Brian, with ‘plug in for Parkinson’s’, a day festival they put on in 2022.

He loved music in insane amounts and through his enormous help with Skint Knees, he met many bands we played with/ made friends with, he found bands that he’d played with himself and then shared with me. Through his musicianship as a drummer, he introduced me to some of the best people, his former bandmates. So that’s where they all come in! Each band on this lineup is a part of his journey and my journey as his daughter and I cannot wait to share the incredible talent I’ve got lined up. From acoustic, alternative rock, punk, and melodic hardcore – this festival has it all.
